So we're only 11 days into January and February is already turning out to be a very busy month! Wait... what?
That's right, Donna's December's is planning a VERY busy month in February!

Donna's Decembers is participating in one of Gussy Sews biggest giveaways of the year! I am teaming up with a dear friend of mine, Karla, from Addie Pie in the Sky to teach a beginners crochet class through The Muse in downtown Frederick! We are teaching the basic skills to get any crochet project accomplished and each class member will leave with a finished statement scarf (made by them). That's right! Your very own statement scarf and written pattern! To sign up for the class contact The Muse for further details. Even if you live out of the area, it is the PERFECT excuse for a day trip to hangout with me and Karla on a chilly Sunday afternoon. Plus, Whitney, The Muse's owner, is a pro at hosting parties that are craft classes in disguise :).

Elenganza Yarns invited me to participate in their annual Indie Artist Celebration that functions as a intimate showcase of artists from the Maryland, Pennsylvania, and Virginia areas. As an amazing local yarn shop, Eleganza Yarns showcases many talented fiber artists and does not disappoint! The Celebration has no charge at the door and promises to be a warm atmosphere where you can meet many talented local artists!
And somewhere in there the hub and I are planning a trip to visit Lisa in New York City and maybe a little Valentine's Day action!
